4Sight Vision Support works to support blind and partially sighted people in West Sussex and provides people with a wide range of practical support solutions to help them remain independent following sight loss. It does this in many different ways through services, clubs, visits, information, advice and guidance.

In addition, 4Sight Vision Support offers low vision assessments, support at the point off diagnosis via our Sight Care Advisors (based in local eye clinics at Chichester and Shoreham by Sea), a drop-in session at Burgess Hill on the third Monday morning of each month, equipment loan and purchase, transcription, assistive technology advice and a newsletter.
