Age UK West Sussex Brighton and Hove (Mid Sussex) has an activity centre in Haywards Heath. The centre offers home cooked lunches Monday – Friday excluding Wednesdays. A wide variety of activities are on offer at the centre. Also available are a Hairdresser and a Chiropodist. Age UK offers numerous outreach activities across Mid Sussex as well as lots of social events. Our aim is to reduce social isolation and loneliness in older people. 121 support is available as well as
signposting for information and advice. We also offer Dementia Daybreak services offering respite care for people living with and caring for people with Dementia.
Age Uk West Sussex Brighton and Hove, also offers some activities at The Kings Weald Community Centre, Burgess Hill. Dementia Daybreak on a specific day, and 2x Tai Chi classes and 1x Chair aerobics class.
