Stroke Association: Stroke Recovery Service

The Stroke Association Stroke Recovery Service (SRS) provides tailored support, via a designated coordinator to address the long-term practical, emotional and physical needs of stroke survivors, their families and carers. For those experiencing communication difficulties, the service is offered by our communication support coordinator. We can help you to understand stroke, its effects, and understand risk factors. We may support you to access community services, groups and resources that aid your recovery and support you to feel positive about your life after stroke.
