The Group offers people with diabetes understanding, help, information and support, plus the opportunity to meet with other people living with diabetes at the monthly meetings.
The group meet on the last Wednesday of the month, at 8pm, Methodist Church, Gloucester Road Burgess Hill. (Wheelchair accessible)
