The Alzheimer’s Society can provide support and a listening ear, and information to help you make decisions. Information and signposting can also be provided on how to get help locally and how to contact services in the Mid Sussex area.
Alzheimer’s Society provides a range of groups and services in the Mid Sussex area. These include Carers Support Groups, a Dementia Cafe, Dementia Support Service staff and Dementia Advisors. Carers Information and Support Programmes are provided in the West Sussex area. Please contact the Alzheimer’s Society Sussex Helpline for up to date information on all services.
