A centralised point-of-contact that will support all initial and general Social Care enquiries.

The team of advisors will help support you or your customer to find information and advice about your Social Care enquiry.

The team will also help you or your customer to access Social Care Workers, Occupational Therapists and Sensory Teams (sight and hearing).
