Parkinson's UK - Crawley and East Grinstead Branch
The branch offers information, friendship and support to people in the Crawley and East Grinstead area living with Parkinson’s, their families and carers.The branch raises money which is spent on enhancing the lives of those with Parkinson’s who live locally. Speakers are invited to their meetings to address the group on a wide range of topics and it also organises regular events and social activities, including exercise classes. The Branch meets at the Haven Centre,
Hophurst Lane, Crawley Down on the first Wednesday of the month at 10.30am -
12 noon.

The DAA Work cooperatively with local alliances and the Mid-Sussex alliance support group. The Good Neighbours Service provides enabling support to people living alone and are socially isolated. A volunteer will visit on a weekly basis for up to 12 weeks, helping build self-confidence and enabling the Client to reconnect with their community, with the aim of this continuing once support finishes. Since everyone is individual we will work with each Client to find the right volunteer and support to meet their individual needs.
