The East Grinstead Dementia Action Alliance is a volunteer group with representation from the three tier Councils, Age UK, Alzheimers Assoc, Business Association, Queen Victoria Hospital, GP Surgeries, professional care providers, Carers and others. The group are encouraging East Grinstead to be moredementia friendly on the basis of rolling out dementia awareness sessions, encouraging groups and services to be provided to the residents of the town and surrounding area and producing literature to help signpost to the different services available for those living with dementia.
