Know Dementia is a Sussex-based charity providing advice and support to people living with Dementia and their family members/carers.
Our Memory Moments Cafés are sociable groups, where people can join us for tea/coffee and cake; little fun and laughter with games, music, dance and crafts.
Brain Waves is a community choir for people of all ages, with any neurological condition including Parkinson’s, MS, MND, Dementia and Stroke; to join together in fun and harmony.
Haywards Heath Memory Moments Café
1st Tuesday of the month, 2pm - 4pm Haywards Heath Social Club
Hurstpierpoint Memory Moments Café
1st Thursday of the month, 2pm – 4pm Court Bushes Community Centre
Hassocks Memory Moments Café
3rd Thursday of the month, 2pm – 4pm Adastra Hall
East Grinstead Memory Moments Café
2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month, 2pm – 4pm Jubilee Community Centre
Brain Waves Choir
