This informal, friendly group is East Grinstead’s support group for people with COPD, their families and friends and any other interested people. We offer support, information and advice, and a social outlet. We meet monthly, hold a weekly specialist exercise class, work with a local Singing for Lung Health group and have regular lunches out.
