Stroke Association: Stroke Recovery Service
The Stroke Association Stroke Recovery Service (SRS) provides tailored support, via a designated coordinator to address the long-term practical, emotional and physical needs of stroke survivors, their families and carers. For those experiencing communication difficulties, the service is offered by our dedicated communication support coordinator. We can help you to understand stroke and its effects, and to understand stroke risk factors. We may support you to access community services, groups and resources which aid your recovery, helping you to feel positive about your life after stroke.
